Again, unlike the traditional contractual day/night employment platforms where employees assemble at their employers’ workplaces to provide their services, online freelancing enables employees to offer their services to their employers/ clients at the comfort and convenience of their spaces.
An online freelancer can move from one virtual platform to another/ multiple platforms doing different tasks for different people/ companies. Online Freelancers, in most instances, get paid for the accomplished tasks only, and they have minimal or no additional benefits from their employers/ contractors.
