Back to the Debate on Employment Vs Owning A Business… Business Vs. Employment

1. To those who have neither the business (self-employed) or the employment and are trying hard to get anything to make ends meet, a.) May your prayers be heard mpate riziki/ income…. b.) Please do not lose hope or feel like a failure just because some people are posting big money and big plans hapa – we all have different journies (some do have the big monies/ ideas they post here na wengine ni kuchochana tu)…

2. For one reason or another, some people have chosen and are quite happy with their employment or businesses or even both.

3. Not everyone would love or succeed in business or employment… trust me wengine wamejaribu hiyo biashara au that employment and it didn’t work for them so they opted for the other option

4. It is okay to praise your hustle, but for crying in a bucket, how about respecting other people’s hustles and choices and not trashing them

5. I know most of the times we make everything about how much the income is, but there are so many other factors: how much you spend, how much you spend, how passionate or not you are about your job, personal satisfaction, available time, blah blab blah.
